WHO WE ARE
We are a non profit organisation catering for the community needs of the Richmond community. We are involved in developing and training unskilled people to allow them to become employable or to enable them to start small businesses in the community. The management of the Trust are all professional volunteers. The trust has been in operation for the past 20 years providing a valuable service to the community. We have also been involved in disaster management, providing food and clothing during periods of crisis.

Here at Richmond Community Trust, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. Since January 2001, we’ve been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Just imagine what we can achieve together!
Training Room Facilities
- We can provide online web-meetings eg ZOOM and Microsoft Teams.
- These are available to small groups local companies and individuals who would like to utilize online meetings.
- Facilities include Large Screen TV (used to screen the online meetings)
- Laptop for connection to the meetings.
- White Board.
- Tea and coffee and snacks by prior arrangement

We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of others, and are very proud of the progress we continue to make. COMPUTER TRAINING
At Richmond Community Trust, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. We have a dedicated training room teaching school leavers from basic to advanced computer skills and traing on Microsoft Office products Registered with Microsoft as an NGO
TRAINING CARERS
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. The aged require caring and we are training carers to take care of the aged in the communities. It provides employment and for those that cannot afford care in care facilities our carers are trained to look after the aged in their own homes. START-UP SMALL BUSINESS
At Richmond Community Trust, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue. We train and assist small business entrepreneurs in getting their businesses off the ground. In the past year we have successfully assisted a member of the community to set up a clothing factory that is supplying school uniforms and track suits to the local schools.

The Richlands Community Trust is a Non-Profit organisation. Reg no 008- 774 NPO with a Section 18(a) tax clearance.
Provides a community centre in Richmond and skills training.
For example:
Basic and Advanced Computer training with certification Registered with Microsoft as an NPO from who receive online training for IT students
Sewing on industrial sewing machines learning how to establish small manufacturing businesses.
Cooking and baking classes with certification.
Caring classes with certification.
Woodworking classes.
Basic financial management.
